One of the worst shipping facilities I've been to. They schedule a pickup for a pre loaded trailer between 13:00 and 16:00, at 21:00 we ask for the status on our load and the lady doesn't even have the decency of one of the pigs they slaughter to look at us. She doesn't have a clue.
